We're based in Florence, Alabama and serve the Shoals area, Huntsville, Muscle Shoals, and surrounding communities. Travel fees depend on your location — just ask when you inquire and we'll give you an exact quote.
Both options are available! Our Essential package is a drop-off service — the booth runs itself with our easy touchscreen interface. Our Signature and Premium packages include a friendly on-site attendant who manages the booth and assists your guests throughout the event.
Our open-air booth fits comfortably in an 8x8 ft space, though a little more room allows guests to have more fun. We handle setup and breakdown — just point us to the spot and we take care of the rest.
For weddings, we recommend booking 3–6 months in advance as weekend dates fill quickly. For corporate events or parties, 4–6 weeks is usually enough. Reach out and we'll let you know if your date is available.
Yes! We collaborate with you on the design. You share your colors, logo, event name, and any images you'd like included. We design the template and tap-to-start screen to match — and you'll approve everything before your event day.
No app needed. Guests enter their phone number or email directly on the touchscreen and receive their photo instantly via text or email. It's that simple — and it works for every age group.
We're available by phone throughout your event. For attended packages, your on-site attendant handles any technical hiccups immediately. We test everything before your event begins so issues are rare — but we're always a call away.
